Connor Reed and Garrett Kelton soon after the events of the first film. Connor, having served time in prison, is struggling to stay out of trouble. However, when he encounters a desperate teenager, Pav, who witnessed the corrupt police murder of her brother, Connor gets pulled back into the world of crime.
